Preservation in Action 2017
LBS is proud to announce that our Archival Products division is sponsoring this year's Preservation in Action event. "Preservation in Action is a program sponsored by the Association for Library Collections and Technical Services (ALCTS) Preservation and Reformatting Section (PARS), in support of ALA's Libraries Transform initiative. The program is intended to promote an understanding of the importance of preservation while engaging with cultural heritage collections in ALA conference locations." This year's event takes place at the Rebuild Foundation's Stony Island Arts Bank in Chicago, IL.
